Shipping & Delivery Policy

PBC Tracker is an online software service (SaaS). Nothing physical is shipped.

What you get

Plans are digital: Pro raises your workspace's limits for 30 days (Pro Monthly) or 365 days (Pro Yearly). There is no physical product and no shipping, so no shipping charges apply.
The service is used in your web browser at this site, after signing in with your email.

Pro is activated on your workspace immediately after a successful payment, usually within seconds. If your browser closes before it comes back from the payment, Razorpay still confirms the payment to us and Pro is activated within a few minutes.
A receipt is available straight away under Settings → Plans & billing.
If Pro is not active within an hour of paying, write to us (arpitmor17@gmail.com) with the Razorpay payment ID and we will sort it out.
