Terms of use

Short and plain.

• PBC Tracker is offered as is, without any warranty. It helps you track documents; you remain responsible for your audit work and for checking every support.
• The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a paid plan for a fixed 30 or 365 days, at the prices on the Pricing page (in INR, GST included); it does not renew on its own. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and PBC Tracker never receives or stores your card or bank details. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy; delivery is described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Use it only for clients and mailboxes you are entitled to work with, and keep your sign-in, your client upload links and any Apps Script key to yourself.
• Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the data fiduciary for your clients' personal data that you put in PBC Tracker (names, email addresses, mail and documents): you must have the right to upload it, for example under your engagement terms or with your client's consent, and you answer your clients' requests about it. PBC Tracker processes it only on your behalf, to provide the service. See your rights under the DPDP Act.
• Each workspace has limits on open engagements, requests and file storage, set by its plan (see Pricing), so the service stays available for everyone.
• Do not try to reach anyone else's data, overload the service, or upload anything unlawful. Accounts that do may be removed.
• The service may change or stop; you can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. See Privacy for what is stored and where.
